About me
My name is Mikaela, and I want to work with you through your fitness journey. Although I work as a personal trainer, I previously trained as a physical therapist; an experience I apply to the work I do today. I specialize in helping my clients restore their strength and heath after accidents and operations, and maintaining fitness goals.
